Financial Calendar 2023 (Amendment)

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the “Company”) announces the amendment of its 2023 Financial Calendar. The amendment refers to the distribution of interim dividend for fiscal year 2023 and the designation of the ex-dividend, record and commencement of payment dates. The Financial Calendar is updated as follows:

Ex-dividend date, interim dividend FY23	Wednesday, 10 January 2024 (prior to 19 January 2024, the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the FTSE/Athex Large Cap index after 15 December 2023, the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company’s stock and on the FTSE/Athex Large Cap index, in which it participates)
Record date, interim dividend FY23	Thursday, 11 January 2024
Commencement of payment date, interim dividend FY23	Wednesday, 17 January 2024
FY23 results announcement	Thursday, 29 February 2024
Conference Call with analysts for the presentation of FY23 financial results	Thursday, 29 February 2024
