Financial Calendar 2024 (Amendment)

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the “Company”) announces the amendment of its 2024 Financial Calendar. The amendment refers to the distribution of interim dividend for fiscal year 2024 and the designation of the ex-dividend, record and commencement of payment dates. The Financial Calendar is updated as follows:

Ex-dividend date, interim dividend FY24	Monday, 20 January 2025 (after 20 December 2024, the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company’s stock and on the FTSE/Athex Large Cap index, in which it participates after 17 January 2025, the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the FTSE/Athex Large Cap index)
Record date, interim dividend FY24	Tuesday, 21 January 2025
Commencement of payment date, interim dividend FY24	Monday, 27 January 2025
FY24 results announcement	Thursday, 27 February 2025
Conference Call with analysts for the presentation of FY24 financial results	Thursday, 27 February 2025
