Ensuring the Health and Safety of our employees and partners is our top priority, but also one of our core business commitments. Our goal is to prevent accidents and occupational illnesses by implementing practices for the development and preservation of a safe working environment. We are constantly improving the Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems of the individual companies of the Group and at the same time, we are developing and expanding the application of the Holistic Safety Management System.

Our approach to Health & Safety
We set annual measurable targets to improve our Health and Safety performance, which we track on a monthly and annual basis.
We cooperate with the European organization CONCAWE and we participate in the annual survey and the benchmarking of Health and Safety performance.
We aim to continuously improve our certified safety management systems and to fully implement the Holistic Safety Management System in all Group facilities.
