(absorbed by merger by HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A.), that the five-year statute of limitations for the collection of dividends for corporate year 2002 expires on 31.12.2008. After expiry of the above deadline, any dividends not collected by beneficiary shareholders shall be paid to the Hellenic State in accordance with the Law.
