Announcement of Regulated Information pursuant to Law 3556/2007

Pursuant to the provisions of L. 3556/2007 and following a written notification received on 26 January 2012 by the transferor shareholder, Hellenic Petroleum SA  announces that, according to provisions of L.3986/2011 and following decision 187/2011 of the Interministerial Committee for Asset Restructuring and Privatisation, on 25 January 2012 the Hellenic Republic transferred 25,598,751 shares (8.38%) of Hellenic Petroleum SA to the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund SA, while the remaining of Hellenic Petroleum shares currently held by the Hellenic Republic stands at 82,831,553 (27.1%).

Announcement of regulated information

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the "Company"), further to the notification of a transaction received on 13 September 2024, announces, in accordance with Article 19 of the Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014, as well as L. 3556/2007, that Mr. Nikolaos Vrettos, an independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company, proceeded through the Athens Exchange to the sale of 10,000 common, registered shares of the Company on 12 September 2024, amounting to a total value of €70,300.

Notification of important changes concerning voting rights under article 14 of L. 3556/2007

“HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A.” (the “Company”) announces, pursuant to the provisions of article 14 of L. 3556/2007, that, following a relevant notification received from the Hellenic Republic on 13.12.2023, Hellenic Republic*, indirectly, through its participation in the “Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A.” (“HCAP”) and through HCAP’s participation in the “Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A.” (“HRADF”), as of 8.12.2023 holds 95,301,987 voting rights deriving from an equal amount of common, registered, voting, dematerialized shares, which correspond to 31.18% of the total voting rights of the Company, against 35.48% which it held prior to 8.12.2023. “HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A.” (the “Company”) announces, pursuant to the provisions of article 14 of L. 3556/2007, that, following a relevant notification received from POIH Investments Limited on 13.12.2023, POIH Investments Limited, indirectly through “Paneuropean Oil and Industrial Holdings S.A.” (“POIH”)*, as of 8.12.2023, holds 123,510,479 voting rights deriving from an equal amount of common, registered, voting, dematerialized shares, which correspond to 40.41% of the total voting rights of the Company, against 47.12% which it held prior to 8.12.2023.
