HELLENIC PETROLEUM 2018 Annual Report won important international distinctions with 7 awards (4 for print and 3 for digital version), in the category “Best Annual Report” with its participation in international competitions held from May to August 2019.
2018 marked the 60th anniversary of Aspropyrgos refinery and the 20th year since the formation of HELLENIC PETROLEUM Group. We celebrate these two anniversaries by creating this year’s Annual Report focusing on our people, the driving force of our success, with a lean and concise report, with clear design, comprehensive 3D charts and infographics, featuring business activities, achievements and key milestones, as well as outlook and future prospects.
The awards that the 2018 Annual Report has received so far are:
- ARC AWARDS INTERNATIONAL
For over 30 years, the ARC (Annual Report Competition) Awards International, based in New York, USA, is the world's largest international competition honoring excellence in annual reports. The Awards are globally recognized, providing a platform for the highest standards in the annual report industry and according to the financial media is the "Academy Awards of Annual Reports".
ARC 2019 brought together companies and organizations from 34 countries with more than 2,100 entries.
HELLENIC PETROLEUM was awarded with 2 awards:
- “Gold Award – Traditional Annual Report: Energy”
- “Bronze Award – Photography: Energy”
- STEVIE® International Business Awards® (IBA)
The International Business Awards (IBA), based in Virginia, USA, are regarded as one of the top business award events in the world.
The 2019 IBAs received more than 4,000 entries from 74 countries in a wide range of industrial sectors.
HELLENIC PETROLEUM, which last year received a Bronze Award, was awarded the:
“Silver Award” - Best Annual Report - Publicly-Held Corporations”.
- IADA “The International Annual Report Design Awards”
The International Annual Report Design Awards (IADA), based in London, UK, are an award programme that accepts exceptional work that exemplifies the very best in the aesthetic and artistic design of annual reports worldwide. IADA 2019 included companies and organizations from Europe, Asia and the US with more than 300 entries. HELLENIC PETROLEUM for the printed version was awarded with 2 awards:
- “Gold Award - Printed version - Traditional format, Energy & Resources, Integrated Presentation”
- “Silver Award - Online version - Energy & Resources, Overall category”
- LACP - 2018 Vision Awards, Annual Report Competition
In 2019, the 2018 Vision Awards Annual Report Competition of “The League of American Communications Professionals (LACP)”, completed 17 years and garnered the largest number of entries since its launch (approximately 1,000 entries from 20 countries) represent a wide range of companies and organizations from different sectors and sizes.
HELLENIC PETROLEUM participated with its 2018 Digital Annual Report and was awarded with the following awards:
- “Silver Award – Online Report: Energy – Oil, Gas & Consumable Fuels”
- “Regional Top 50 – Online Report, EMEA region”
