Meanwhile, beyond the existence of appropriate regulations and procedures, a radical culture change is promoted through the launching of major organizational changes that will substantially increase the safety and hygiene levels in our Industrial Plants and will boost the staff’s morale. These changes have already been decided upon and planned and they are currently in the phase of implementation.
