Issuance of Certificates

The Shareholders Services & Corporate Announcements Dept. may also provide beneficiaries with certificates confirming the acquisition of shares of the Company under corporate actions (e.g. Share Capital Increase, Public Offering, Return of Capital etc.).

In relation to proofs of payment of dividends and reserves, we would like to inform you that, according to applicable legislation, these can only be provided either through the Hellenic Central Securities Depository (HCSD - ELKAT) or through the DSS Operators.
